Hayley Nash
Hayley has always been passionate about interior design and photography. Since graduating from The University of South Wales in 2013, and then moving overseas she’s sought experiences to complement and refine her creative journey. From visual merchandising to photo printing and assisting renowned photographers in the industry, this has honed her eye and given her an editorial approach to her work.
Returning to London in 2019 she worked as an in-house photographer at a well known estate agents before crossing paths with Tom and embarking on a new chapter at Penguins Egg. “I get to meet new people and see beautiful homes everyday”.
Outside of work Hayley loves to visit exhibitions, beautiful spaces like Eltham Palace and The Barbican, as well as enjoying long borrowed dog walks and runs to the pub.

Aaron Miller
Aaron has been specialising in interior and property photography for over 11 years. Outside his passion for photography he enjoys cooking, film and (the slight nerdy streak in him) loves gaming, Lego and all things Disney.
Don’t mess with him - Aaron has now achieved his 2nd dan black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and 1st dan black belt in kickboxing. Through martial arts he enjoys coaching and training anyone who is keen to learn and develop. Recently he has focused on the holistic side of training, and now practices yoga and meditation up to 4 times a week. Aaron thrives off positivity and good energy in life. His favourite quote. “Just have courage and be kind”.
After working with Tom and Hayles for the past three years he believes joining forces was the next logical step for us. We can now collectively develop our skills even further at Penguins Egg Studio.

Tom Wright
A proud Yorkshire man who boldly relocated from East Yorkshire to the Big Smoke after graduating from Nottingham Trent University. With a foot in the door and his camera ready, he started working at well-known estate agent ‘beginning with F’ as an in-house graduate photographer.
In 2016 Tom established Penguins Egg Photo, and after several successful years he grew the team with the addition of Hayley & Aaron. The team are now proudly running Penguins Egg Studio as a joint enterprise, a collective of passionate photographers and close friends.
In his spare time Tom continues to explore photography, with Martin Parr and Jeff Wall being some of his all time favourites. His other interests include collecting Vinyl (anything downtempo electronic and all things Tom Yorke), test match cricket, cooking, and endurance sports.
